Long time Detroit podcasters and bloggers Greg Eno and Al Beaton are The Knee Jerks! This week Eno and Big Al realize Detroit sports have never, ever been worse. Definitely worse than the former low point, the dark days of the mid-1970s.

When will we see a light at the end of the tunnel? Right now, the
tunnel is nowhere to be found, let alone a light
The Detroit Red Wings at least have some young talent and Steve
Yzerman running the team. But do you really trust the Detroit
Pistons' Ed Sefanski, Detroit Tigers' Al Avila or Detroit Lions'
Bob Quinn to turn their respective teams around? We don't
either.
The Lions' defense make bad QBs look respectable (Haskins,
Trubisky), are 0-4 since Matthew Stafford went down, have churned
thru 11 backup quarterbacks since the end of last season, were the
2nd team to have been eliminated from the playoffs, and have Matt
Patricia squarely on the hot seat.
There is a report claiming "league sources" say Patricia will
return for 2020. We don't trust the site reporting this...but
do believe Patricia will return, because Lions.
On our December 15th show, comedian John Wing (America's Got
Talent, The Tonight Show, Just For Laughs) will join us to
wallow in the misery that is Detroit sports in 2019.
