Long-time Detroit sports bloggers and podcasters Greg Eno and
Big Al Beaton are The Knee Jerks!
The guys are back after a short hiatus. Despite Big Al being fried
after a Florida vacation, the show must go on!
This week's topics include:
Detroit Lions: Thoughts on the Lions' draft. which
seems fine overall. GM Bob Quinn was focused on one thing - fix
their NFL worst run game. How mock drafts, draft grades and the
reactions to all of it are nothing but a fool's errand.
Detroit Pistons: The team remains in limbo as we
still do not know what owner Tom Gores is going to do with Stan Van
Gundy, be it stay the course, blow it up, or something in
between.
Detroit Red Wings: No luck in the draft lottery,
as the Wings drop one spot to 6th overall.
Detroit Tigers: Surprisingly, thanks to decent
starting pitching, the Tigers are just ordinarily bad, not
soul-crushingly so. But Miguel Cabrera is back on the DL - is this
the Hall of Fame bound slugger's new normal for the next several
years?
